140 Approved..on EAD..485 pending...

All,

In the scenario:

1) 140 is approved
2) Working on EAD
3) 485 is pending

I would appreciate if someone can help me with the following Q's:

1) can one switch the job and move to another company (if yes.. what are the restrictions?)
2) can the previous employer revoke the "approved" 140?
If yes, what happens to the 485 application that was filed?
3) Does the new employer have to apply for anything (as the 140 approval was with the previos company)?

I don't think changing jobs after 140 approval will change ur GC procees. There is new rule that says company's cannot revoke ur 140 after it has been aproved and 485 has been pending for more than 180 days... You can find more details at murthy.com site ..check it out..all the best..
