140 Approved--ND: Nov 17th, 2003--EB3

I just recieved e mail saying that my I-140 is approved today on 12/28/2004. I am very happy to share this information with u all.
No updates on I-485.
Applied for advance parole 1 week back. This may be a trigger--I am not sure.
LUD changed this morning. Got approval mails at 9:00 PM CST.
So the coming 2 days are crucial for 485, if not I will happily wait for the remaining period.

FP1: Sep 14th. 2004
FP2: Done for primary Nov 23rd, 2004--because first set of FP are not accurate.
EAD1: Dec 30th, 2003

AP1: Dec 30th, 2003
AP2: ND: Dec 20th, 2004

Congrats davana2004,

I am in the same boat , i got my 140 approved on Dec/21 , and waiting for 485 approval before retrogression kicks in ( i know it going to be a miracle if that happens).

Its going to be today and tommorow if anythiong needs to happen, after which we can all forget 485 approval for a looonnnnggggg time.

My PD is April/2003.

You mentioned your LUD got updated yesterday morning. Did you get an email after it got updated before Approval?.

My LUD got updated yesterday but did not get any emails.
