140 approved in one month (csc)

Hi, want to share the happiness with you
MY I140 was approved in one month (EB1 OR)

RD: 03/23/05
140: LUD: 4/18/05
Approval Date: 4/18/05

what will be my 485 status?
I filed it concurrently.

Another EB1 EA is still pending (11/04/2004 RD)
 
Could you tell us some of your background (degree, publications, and other
credentials) ?

I'm also applying EB-1(OR) at CSC sometime this week.
My lawyer said we could get the whole process done in 3-4 month at CSC.
So I guess you could be 2-3 months away from I-485 and beyond....

Hi, I think my credential is kind of strong for OR case:
Hope the following info is helpful:

1. Phd fom top US univ. in engineering
2. 7 journal papers (6 first author and 1 third author)
3. 8 conference papers (first author for most of them)
4. Leading author of A book published by a well-known germany publisher
5. Leading author of a book chapter for a book published by a japan
professional society
6. 7 papers are cited for more than 80 times. (one paper cited for more
40 times solely)
8. 10 Reference letters
4 from 4 different europe countries
6 from US professors or VP (3 are my graduate school professors)
9. Reviewer for a journal for 3 times only
10. Programming committee of an international conference for 2 times
11. member of sigma xi
12. consulatant for two start-up companies (but just one-time consultant)
 
are you from Berkeley?

for your I-485, have you done the FP? when is your I-485 's LUD (last updated date). your I-485 will be approved soon.
