Gurus,
I am not married yet, I am now feeling insecure that with the speed things have moved in the last few months, that once I get my finger printing done then I might soon get my approval of 485 and this will pose problems for me to get married and get my spouse her green card....
Please let me know:
1. Typically how long should it take after finger printing to get the approval?
2. Till when can I file for my spouse's green card petition for e.g before approval, after approval, within 2 months of approval... what is the deal here?
3. I will need at least another 5-6 months to get married... do I have that much time or my time bomb will explode before that?
4. Should I proceed with my finger printing appointment or try to get another date?
Please advise.
