My Eb-2 1-140 was finally approved on Nov 15. I go two RFEs:
1. Ability to Pay
My salary was above labor wage. so lawyer responded with W-2 and we got another query on experience letters.
2. Experience Letters
I claimed 5 years, three of which was in India. I got a notarized letter from my collegue but the RFE stated that they wanted "conclusive" proof. Lawyer said anything on the letter head is usefull. I had a letter on company letter head but expereince does not match whats in the labor.
( I also had Eb-3 140 for which I used the same notarized letter from colleague and there was no RFE. May be they are sricter on EB-2 )
Anyway getting ready to file 485 but the company is going through "restructuring" and the subsidiary I work for is being merged with the parent company. My title will change ( but same work and same place ). This will happen on Dec 1st. I am hoping I can file 485 before that.
