140 approved but company is acquired. Please Help

My 140 got approved from company A.. A is acquired by company B. What to do?

Any chances of proceeding with 485 filing?

I heard that Acquisition is not a problem. You can still file your 485. Acutally my company is acquired too (not official yet, but in a month it will be). And i am waiting for my 140 approval. Check with your lawyer if its okay.

I had a same situation my attoney filed a new i-140 based on the new company and I am waitng again for that approval. This situation is really bad i think because we are very close and going farther again.
