140 approved after RFE

140 EB2 Approved after RFE
I had been following up with this forum for past few months. This forum had given me lots of hope and insight on immigration process.

My 140 got approved today on Dec 19th 2003. Mine is a unique case and here are the details:

I work for Company A and Company B agreed to file 140 based on substitution labor. I got 140 approved thru Company B

Concurrent processing of 140 EB2 category, EAD, AP, 485

Receipt Date - Aug 11th 2003
140 RFE Date - Sept 29th 2003
RFE on substitution labor and company's ability to pay since I am not on Company B's payroll
RFE Reply Date - Nov 18th 2003
The reply message stated that they received the RFE reply and it takes between 90 - 485 days to process this kind of case.........
140 Approval Date - Dec 19th 2003

EAD, AP, 485 --- Pending

Will keep you updated on EAD and AP...

As per the lawyer, he repled RFE with the company's last year tax return and most recent bank statement.

Prior to my case, the company also received the similar RFE on 2 other cases, Those 2 cases were approved last month. I was keeping my fingers crossed hoping for my 140 approval and it happened today!!!
 
Congratulations! Welcome to the wait for 485 approvals. If you are interested in speedy approval, do join the campaign to fight for it.
 
Wow so you got your 140 from VSC in about 5 months!!! Has anybody got their 140 approval from VSC applied after June 2003 ?

U said u submitted ur bankstmt? Was it ur personal bank statement or ur company's bank statement?

Congrats on getting ur 140/EAD approved!~
