140 approved after education eval rfe

At last! :)

140 approved today and end of agony! Only to start another one (485 queue) but at least freedom to change companies...
Had an rfe for education evaluation even though I had B.E computer science from a reputed college (can’t really understand them).

I140 ND October 20, 2004
rfe issued on June 28, 2004
rfe response received on July 22, 2004
I140 approved on Aug 3, 2004

I hope your dates are 2003 and not 2004 :D .. CONGRATS.

I also got RFE for education evaluation. I have completed BE. Comp from reputed college in India - MS. Mine is EB3-9/22/2003 ND.

How log it took you to get approval after sending response. Your reply will be greatly appreaciated.

except for my nd of i140 all dates are correct

it took them 2 weeks to respond after receiving my rfe.
actually they did a lud change on July 27th(and my heart staring beating heavily :) )

Your case gives me some hope!! I got the RFE for my I-140, applied in Oct 2003. They received the response for my RFE on Aug25, so the LUD changed on Aug 26 with the received message.

Exactly after 5 days from Aug 26, which is today LUD changed again (which is same as yours), lets see whether I can get the approval in seven days from today!! Waiting eagerly..... its already been a long wait.......

Recently i got selected in one US company,

They asked me to send my documents.

Im B.Sc(Maths) Graduate.

Before doing Bsc. I did 3 year Polytechnic Diploma in Electronics.

I also did one year diploma in computers between ploytechnic diploma and Degree.

Am i eligible to H1-B.

please do help me.

You look to be eligible for H1B if your company is willing to sponsor you. I think it is the education evaluation that should prove equivalence to a US Degree and that should help you.

My company only doing H1 for me. That means they are sponsoring me, right
