I completely agree with you...it is a lottery. It seems all EB3 cases are in luck. If you are EB3, then luck will be with you soon at least in terms of getting I-140 approval. EB2 cases like me have really missed the bus ...!@#$

Guess eventually it might catch up with I-485 approvals due to retrogression...so let EB2s keep the faith.

even 20% of Nov I-140s have been cleared at TSC

As per immigrationwatch.com 20% of I-140s at TSC for Nov 2004 have been cleared & about 32% for all of 2004. I guess it is moving faster for EB3s & not EB2s.

Still sweating for I-140 & FP...
