140 approvals but no 485 ?

We are seeing so many 140 approvals this week. This is a good thing, however there is one doubt - Has TSC started approving 140s based on the latest non-concurrent adjudication memo ? If they have dropped concurrent adjudication of 140-485 even though FP is done, then I guess we all are scr..&^%$..d because we will now have to wait till 485 processing dates reach around Dec' 03 ( a year's difference from current dates).

I sure hope this is not the case, but we need to quickly see some 485 approvals of concurrent cases to feel relaxed

If that is the case, EB3 cases are more screwed because you are filtered both by the PD and the 485 processing date then..............I desperately hope that is not the case...
