My employer has not given me 140 approval notice. Is there anyway I can obtain duplicate approval notice from INS? If I change the attorney, can new attorney request for approval notice from INS?

.. why do you want the approval notice? Did you not do a concurrent filing of 140 and 485? Sounds like you wish to change jobs and not wait for the 485 to be approved before the change. Correct?

one good way.....in case your visa stamp in your passport has expired.......tell them you want to go out of country.........and they will have to send stamping package.......which should include approval notice...
Ask your employer for the reasons for not giving the copy of approved I-140.
