140 approval based on what date?

I am so confused with the priority of the 140 approvals.Is it based on the Preference date on the LCA or the 140 receipt date.

its based on the both things.....but more on the Receipt Date . there is also one more thing which play very imp role that is ur luck........by the way what r ur RD for I 140

NO LUCK = YOUR CASE WILL BE FROZEN
A LITTLE LUCK = YOU GET LUD
A LITTLE BIT MORE = YOU GET RFE
A LOT OF LUCK = GET APPROVED

dont spend time to figure it out how NSC work.

@NSC there is wide array of approvals --- read around and U will find the latest trends....

Since your's EB2 and Nd of 07/2004, you might hear some thing may be in next month. I have seen few people saying that their 140 has been approved with ND as of Sep 2004. But they were all EB3. About Eb2... NSC only knows. I think only few officers are working on EB2 category. As so many people said Luck plays a vital role, I totally accept that. Do not worry that much about PD or ND. You r Fine and you will hear about your !40 { Just 140 } in next month.
