I filed my Labor in April 2003 and I-140 / I-485 in Jan 2004.
My I-140 got approved in April 2005 and I am on EAD right now.
I have few questions and would appreciate your view on this..
What are the implication if I change my employer now on AC-21 and my employer revokes my I-140...?
Can I switch more than one employer on AC-21..? Will it delay my GC..?
Originally my GC was filled in NSC and right now I am in NJ. If I join a new employer in NJ - will it make my file move..?
