Query from the 485 filers:
Does any body know what is the key difference
(1) - when 140 is applied using Substitution LC approval
(2) - when regular 140 is applied using your own LC appoval
Is there a 140 approval time difference between the two in these two scenarios??....
Also is there anything to be careful about when I would go with option 1 scenario?
