i have a NIW/140 approved/ 485 pending ( approval only after 5 years) and labor/140 pending, once the 140 for labor is approved , i want to interfile with my pending 485.
can i change my job immediately after interfiling 485 or 140 approval or do i have to wait another 6 months before i change job
