140 and 485 approved

After a long wait ( at least for 140 ), my 140 and 485 both were approved yesterday. See below for details of my case.

My wife's 485 LUD changed yesterday but the message didnt change and I didnt get an email with approval. Anyone has any idea why this could happen.

Deatils
LC filed : Sept 2001 from NJ
April 2003: Gave up the hope and my company offered me a LC sub, applied in EB3

I140/I485 ND 05/08/03
Spouse EAD applied 10/22/03
Spouse EAD approved 12/28/03
FP Notice Received 02/22/04
Self EAD Applied 02/26/04
FP Done 3/13/04
Self EAD/AP AD 5/18/04
LUD 485 5/6/04 after FP
July 2004 Apparoached Congressman's office and they made several calls over a month for my 140
LUD for I-140 8/17,8/18 and 9/10 (RFE, I didnt see the RFE, it was about company's financial documents )

Congrats!!
If you are the primary, then it is more and more common these days for the primary to be approved, and the dependants to be approved at a later time. USCIS considers each I-485 application seperately, even though it says in thier SOP that family members' cases should be kept together at all times. Your wife should get the approval in a few weeks or even in a couple of months.
 
This is certainly a good news, and a hope for me too...

My 140 also is not approved yet, so hoping for concurrent approval.

how did you approached your congressman?
 
This gives me too much hope now... may god bless us too...

DId you do any inquiry on on ur I-140 or I-485 ?
ANy help from congressman or senator ?
