140 and 485 Approved for me and my wife

Hello all,

Our 140 and 485 were approved in the month of June. We filed our 140 and 485 concurrently in Dec'2004 and my PD is Sep'01.

I had a RFE on 140 (regarding the Company acquisition! somehow related to the Ability to Pay. Thanks to UNITEDNATIONS, for explaining and guiding us regarding the RFE) in March and replied in May (took 2 months to reply !!!). I got my 140 approved the beginning of June and the following week after the 140 approval, got my 485 approved :) :) .

Thanks to everyone for answering my questions (maybe silly!) and to Rajiv Khanna for his excellent service to the community.

Same for 2 of my colleagues also. We all filed concurrently in Dec'2004 and all 3 of us received our approvals in June and everyone got our cards this month.
