140 and 1485 filling concurently.

My LC is approved it is more than 365 days. Iam going to file
140, 1485 and EAD concurently.
Also H1 7th year extension based on my lc since it was more than 365 days.

My question:

1. I know if 140 is denied , 1485 and EAD is also denied. By what will happened to H1 7TH year extension. Will it also be denied. As it is extended based on LC for more than 365 days.

No impact on your H1 application if you get the 7th year extension approved before your I-140/I-1485 is rejected
