140 amendment not done yet, RFE sent

My 140/485 was filed concurrently on 03/08/04. The company got aquired and closed in June. I am working with the new company.

For some reason the lawyer delayed the process of filing the 140 amendment. An RFE was sent on my case 2 weeks back. The previous company has been closed and INS letter did not get forwarded.

My question is - what's the right thing to do now? What's the procedure to get hold of the RFE?

Did you receive a Mail from USCIS regarding the RFE?

Show this to the Lawyer and he will help you out.

What was the RFE about?
