Hi gurus,
I have my labor certified thru employer A. I am on payroll for this employer only since a week. I want to know if there is any way if INS can ignore my labor petition. Could I be confident as I already have the approval from the labor department and apply for my 140/485 without any issues with he labor. Please help ASAP.
