140/485 work experience

Hi All,

One of my friend going for labour substitution, the requrement for the labour is BS + 2 yrs exp, the labour filed in 2001, my friend has BS with 4 yrs exp by 2001, he has submitted the experience letters till 2001 (4 yrs) do he need to submit the work experience after 2001? he is submitting all his W2 's till this year.

Please advise.

Not a problem. He should be fine.

Thank you very much for your replies.

I filed my 140/485 last week, iam planning to change my apartment next month, I already informed my lawer and he said it is ok, If I inform INS Is this going to slow down my process.

I appreciate your advise.

Report address change - it will not slow down your process. If you have filed EAD/AP too - you must fill it - so that they send you on right address. It is applicable for FP too.
