My attorney claims he has mailed my both 140 and 485 (including EAD, Adv. Parole) applications on Sept 3 which I am wary as he did not tell me about labor certification for 3 month after it got certified and now he took about 2 months to apparently file for 140 and 485. He takes all the money from me but works for the company, if you know what I mean.
What all tracking info I need to ask for to my attorney? He is not forthcoming with info so I need to specifically ask him "what about this and what about that".
Also, how long USCIS usually takes to deposit the checks that were submitted with the application? That way I can be sure that the attorney has really mailed the application.
