140-485 procedure

Finally my PD is current (EB3 RoW 03/2003)

I never filed for I-140, so on May first, I'm ready to file I-140 & I-485 concurrently.

I will file myself (no lawyers) so here is what I figured out that needs to be done.

I-140:

1. Original LC
2. Degree Evaluation
3. Ability to pay (statement from company's financial officer)

I-485 (myself, spouse, kids):

1. Birth Certificate
2. Copy of passport
3. 2 Photos
4. Marriage certificate
5. Last H1 and I-94 (H4 for spouse and kids)
6. Medical
7. G-325a (Biometric) (for me and spouse)
8. Employment letter

Did I miss anything?
