is there anyone in this forum who has filed 140/485 concurently under NIW in the TSC in 2003 and 2004 and has got 140 approval. recently TSC has approved people like crazyfor RD even upto march,april2004( mine is RD 2/3/4 for concurrent filing) .
recently TSC cancelled the policy that they will not open 140 till it is time for 485 so i am wondering if we get atleast 140 approval and not have to wait for 5 years till 485 can be opened

no the 5 year NIW period is counted from the day one starts the waiver job and one can file 140 later but the 485 can't be processed till the 5 year period is over
