Primary I-485 applicant can file I-485 for spouse or dependent childrens. You have to marry her first before filing your I-485.
Otherwise just file your I-485 and after marriage do for her. But if you do this way, she have to wait years to get her GC. GC will be faster for spouse when it's file with primary applicant.
