Hi,
I concurrently filed my 140 and 485 on Sep 22nd. The ND for 485 is Sep28th, while 140 is Oct 3rd.
My 485 got rejected saying they could not see corresponding 140. When I called them, they reopened my case with out making a motion to reopen. But so far my 140 or 485 is not approved. But my 140 has LUD on 02/03, 03/01.
Anybody is in the same situation as me? If yes, could you tell the details of your case?
