I have recently swicthed from my current employer to a new employer to take the benefit of substitute option for an approved LC. Now I'll be applying for 140/485/EAD/AP together in about 3 weeks. My wife needs to travel back to home country in a few days urgently for some immediate needs there and may have to stay there for 2-3 months.
Please suggest how can we apply together or can she apply for it in the home country.
My problem is also I'm in my 6th year stay here and my H1 will expire in October 2004. She's on H4 visa.
I need to apply for her GC process as well and she needs to travel too.
