Hi All,

I have filed 140/485/EAD/AP with ND of 08/26/2003.
EAD and AP are approved 11/01/2003 for me and my wife.
No Idea of 140/485/FP.

Is anyone with same ND got Approved their 140 or FP done.
I am wondering how my case will be treated with new memo.
Thinking whether I will get FP notice first and both 140/485 gets approved same time hopefully assuming no RFEs or 140 gets approved first etc.....

just guys post your ideas if anyone is in the same boat.

There are a few others on this site including myself with ND around the same date ..mine is 8/25.
EAD and AP approved .. In fact I am going to apply for second EAD and AP this month.
But no word as of yet regarding 140 . Not even thinking of 485.
So hang in there and lets hope that our 140 gets cleared soon.
Saw a september 03 140 eb3 get approved today on this forum without RFE. So I am assuming our turn will come soon.

Hi NVC and othe guys,

I tlake to my attorney and was told that my 140 got approved (ND 08/26/2003) on 05/05/2003 and she got the approval notice. But I did not get any mail from BCIS and online status didn't get updated.

What about your cases b'e I am curious urs also with ND 8/22/03 and 08/25/03.

Please share your info.

Hi Kankanala..
I did call my lawyer's office and was told that they havnt heard anything regarding my 140. The guys there are so stupid ..she is telling me that I shouldnt worry ..and that my I140 will get cleared next year ..man I was so pissed at her ignorance ..
"sala udhar hota to uskay eek kan kay niche bajata"..I just hung up on her..
well just keeping my fingers and every damn thing crossed.
