140/485 - DEC 2004- NO receipts

My lawyer sent 140/485 applications to nebraska on dec 27th '04. as per DHL the y delivered them on 28th. I have recieved the receipt for 140 on Jan 22nd with the following dates
RD: Jan 18th
ND: Jan 20th

How ever I didn't recieve receipt for 485, infcat checks that I have issued are not encashed yet.

Please advise..any one who applied during the last week of Dec 2004 and got receipts...

Hi immiuser,
I applied on 17th Dec 2004 under EB3 to nebraska service center and my receipt date is 20th Dec and all my checks and my spouse checks got cleared on 10th of Jan 2005. Our Notice dates are also 10th Jan 2005.

Please let me know if you need more info.
