I posted this before but no one has answered this yet.
Labor was filed in VSC geographic area as that was company headquarters.
After labor was approved, recently the company filed for 140 & 485 (Concurrent, but filed on 2 separate dates).
In the cases where the employee resides in CSC/NSC geographic area, I was told that 140 is filed with and processed by VSC. I was also told that 485 will be sent to CSC/NSC.
Can some one please clarify why it is sent to CSC/NSC? If it is only for Finger Print purposes, then is it safe to assume that as soon as the FP is done, VSC will take up the case as concurrent 140 & 485 (assuming 140 is not approved yet)? Or will it be that VSC will approve 140 separately and then only CSC/NSC will approve 485?
-thanks
