140/485 Approved!

Hi everyone,

I have been lurking here for quite some time but this is my first post. Just to let everyone know, my 140/485 was approved yesterday. It was an EB-3, RD 10/16/03 case. As stated elsewhere, it looks like the TSC is making some great progress.

My Date for 140 and 485 is Oct 23 03 ..

When did u do your Fingerprinting or which month..

am just trying to assess my appln situation with approvals happening around.

I did my FP in 12/2003.

I went for my FP on the date and time indicated on the Notice, which was 12/19/2003.

I did my FP on the same day which was given -- It was

Dec 15 2003 but the site got Updated after it showed -- 01/15/2004..

Probably due to the Holidays in Dec..
