Sent an inquiry to USCIS via lawyer on 9/15.
Just as a note to all of you who are still waiting. My I 485 message never changed . It just said - The fingerprints were taken on 8/19/03 and processing will be resumed as soon as results are received.
Another note - I panicked a little because there was a 15 minute delay between receiving the 140 approval Email and the 485 Email. I was convinced (for 15 mins anyway) that I was going to have to wait another 18 months for my 485 adjudication.
Thanks to all the participants in this forum - it's been a big help. Hang in there if you're still waiting.
