140+485 approved at same time. do i need to work with same employer for 6 more mths?

my question is:
1. When can I change job? Do I need to wait for plastic card?
2. Can the employer cancel/revoke 140 or 485 or do anything to stop me from leaving soon ?

No, your employer cannot revoke ur 140. I suggest you stay with them just for a
while instead of jumping immediately. Congrats!

This is very heartning! I just filed mine on Oct 27th 2004. Concurrent/EB2.
Hopefully it will be approved soon.
