140/485 Applied 180 days back and AC21

My I140 and i485 was filed 180 days back on EB2 category. My I140 is not Adjudicated yet. Assume if I get my I140 AD tommorow, can I leave this employer and without any problem go and work for another employer using AC21 .
Will the 180 days count for 485 start from the day I140 is Adjudicated or on the day it was filed. I have a approved EAD. Please clarrify my doubts.
