130 and 864 should be filed together or? , a quick quesiton

is 864(affidivit) filed with I-130 together ?

Or

864 would be needed/presented only interveiw time at Consulate?


It would be nice if anyone went thorugh and can post list of 130 supporting doc in detail plz

You do not need it while filing I-130. You need when your application goes to NVC
