12 months since fingerprinting !

It was exactly at this time last year that I did my FP. I havent heard from TSC about my 485 since. I know that I still have five months before the FP expires but should I send a letter to TSC or a senator to look into my case or continue waiting. Any suggestions would greatly be appreciated.

hang in there buddy. The congresspeople will not touch your case unless the official date has passed by. We are one of those slightly less lucky people where we are supposed to wait. Atleast they are processing and hope they continue to do that and we will get our turn soon.
 
Correction azee27516...you only have 3 months left!!! FP's expire 15 months after receipt by TSC, which is usually the day after your FP's were taken.

I had my FP around Jan 15, 2003. So I have just passed 14 months. My ND is Sept, 2001. As tr22 points out congressman/senators cannot do much until your case is past the official date. So we cannot do much but wait. I have ben waiting for such a long time that few more months is not going to break me any more than what I have endured already. Hang in there buddy, our time will come. Be resolved to make these people pay for it some day.
