12/15/04 NSC processing report out at AILA

Not sure if anyone noticed the Aila report for 12/15/04 shows Adjustment applications based on Asylum - 12/10/99 (moved back from 03/30/00). NSC set the cut-off date 03/31/00 this fiscal yr. for Asylum adjustment applications.
Is NSC working in reverse direction ?
