USCIS, just like any other bureaucratic organization, promises moon when it comes to approving budgets and beg for more funding. The elected reps should question their tactics... It doesn't make sense as to why they are processing the applications in a random fashion and what they are communicating to the superiors in DC.. I just have to wonder what they are upto.
