12/1/04 report out - no change in I140/I485 processing

GOD only knows if they are even working at NSC or have decided to completely shut down I140/I485 processing.

I guess USCIS/NSC is just interested in making new rules and rather then working on application.

EAD dates for pending 485 applications has moved to 9/7/04. I filed my EAD renewal on 7/16/04, but I haven't heard anything from them. Time to call them !!...as soon as this report is posted on USCIS site, I guess.

....I140 processing is now at 1/7/04 and I-485 at 7/11/02, both dates ahead of NSC'.

So NSC is now officially the lousiest center.

Shutting down NSC would be better, atleast our cases will then be transfered to faster moving service centers!

What the Hell is going on with NSC??

Earlier NSC used to be the fastest centre and now its totally oposite, this is really frustating

The last hope is re-submitting the NSC I-140 petition might help.

I suggest we should stop checking the processing time for few month cause it is too depressing. everytime I check it, it ruins my mood for whole day. March 2005 is my deadline. If I'm not getting anything, i will just leave it.
