Hi All,

My I140 was approved Nov 20 (per the online status check).

Here are my details:

EB2 , Notice date Feb 13 , 2003. No RFE. EAD and AP approved Apr 2003.

Hopefully you all will get your I140 approved soon too .... now I am off to the I485 waiting list ...

My 140 is approved on nov 21st.. Details.

Concurrently filed 140 and 485. Also it is a labor substitution case.

Category --- EB2.
RD --- 10/25/2002.
ND --- 12/13/2002.
Approval Date --- 11/21/2003
