11/26 ND EAD Approved

Have question for the gurus,

Is the approval enough for going back to work?? My old EAD expired on Jan8, 03. So when I receive the new EAD will it be valid from Jan9,03 or some later date? Appreciate an answer from guys who aready got a EAD renewal after old EAD expired .It will enable me to work.....

and from information elsewhere, i think the next ead always has the date one day after the date of expiry of the previous
