Guys ,

I am finally done ... I got an (in fact two) emails from INS this morning ... My wife's case is still pending probably because her FP is expired ..... Here are some of my case details ....

State Labor applied (EB3) : 9/17/2001
State Labor Cleared : 9/1/2002
Federal Labor Cleared : 10/12/2002
I-140 Applied : 10/20/2002
I-140 Cleared : 11/10/2002 (Yeah ! in 20 days - I am still amazed by this !!)
I-485 Applied : 11/25/2002
FP1 For me : 07/10/2003
FP1 For wife : 01/04/2003
FP2 For wife : ??????? :mad:
I-485 Approved : 07/20/2004.

I had TWO EADs and TWO APs but never "used" them - I maintained H1.

I would like to thank everyone in this forum.

Thanks Vcorcl ... My wife's case is pretty messed up ... her FP has expired ... and when we call INS, they say nothing. First they try their best to end the call ASAP ... But now I am not worried ... Its bound to come some day ...

I was actually very upset when I was Fp'd so late .. but it turned out to be a blessing in disguise ...

Lets hope so ... These guys are pretty random. Whats going on with ur case Peter ? Any progress ??
 
No news, still the same message, I don't think they could approve my case very soon, as my fp1 has expired based on the experience that everybody talked here, CIS might issue us fp2 notice in the future, who knows.

We will get there I believe, and everybody will get it sooner or later.
