11/2001 RD - checked AVN no change :(

Influx of Nov 2001 RDs could be by November 2002. There are 2 more months that INS has to dealt with.

It should be AVM not AVN. I guess it stands for Automated Voice Messaging. The number is : (802) 527-4913. Expect to get a busy tone on morning or afternoon weekdays. Ideal time to call is at night or weekends. Be sure you have your receipt number w/ you.
The AVM will prompt you to enter that number so you could verify
your case status.
