10th std markscard

Hello
i am sponsoring my parents for visitor visa.
Will it be sufficient to enclose the 10th markscard copy for proof of birth, or should I also add a copy of the non-availability of BC from the municipality.

PS: Probably you should enlcose the non-availability cert. More is better than less in case of US Visa's - lest your old folks are sent off on a Wildgoose chase for the lack of incomplete documentatiom.
