1099 Vs W2 in AC21

Hello Guys,

My 485 was been filed in Oct 2003 and it got transferred to the LOCAL Office in Philly.. My 485 was prnimarily a future employement case and so stated to work for the sponsoring employer a couple of months back... i plan to take up another oppurtunity but wondering if i can work on 1099 as oppose to W2 ...
