Thank you for this wonderful community. I would like to donate some money but would be great if I could do it through paypal.Please advise
My question: I am on H1B with company A and offcourse i am on their payroll. Now I have been working overtime for them and doing some work on the weekends which they would like to compensate with 1099.
Is is legal to get 1099 from the same company A with the regular paycheck while on H1B ? If not,please advise a proper way to get paid extra other than putting that money on payroll
