had my I-130 Interview on July 17, 2007,

No LUD's since Fingerprints May 21, 2007

What to do ?

you mean I-485 interview? (i assume that from your timeline)

Make an infopass to your local DO and inquire about the status of your case? (which was pending FingerPrints?)

Mine was exactly one week before yours... with the same result (or, more specifically, lack thereof).

What did I do? Scheduled an InfoPass (totally useless to say the least) and filed an EAD renewal (check has already cleared).

You have the same very options plus some more, depending on your temperament, tolerance levels, financial situation, etc. - like bother a congressman or two, write a letter to First Lady, file a WoM, or simply wait.

I chose the latter; you decide for yourself :) - good luck anyway!

Write Letter To The Office That U Had Yor Interview At ,, Explain Your Situation . Infopass Not Helpfull Sometimes . I Wrote Letter To My Local Office 110 Days After The Interview . 2 Weeks Later I Got My Green Card in the mail ...

Goodluck

I'm not clear on this: have you gone to an InfoPass appointment or not? It worked for me. My interview was on the same day as yours and then nothing for a month. I made an InfoPass and by the time I got to work after the appointment (if I remember correctly), I already had update emails waiting for me.

Sometimes your application just gets misplaced and somebody has to go and find it, which can be easily prompted by an InfoPass. Granted, doesn't always work, but it's definitely worth trying...

I did go for an INFOPASS on September 17th 2007, with the same answer, "Pending Name Clearance".

I am going to write a letter to the IO that took my Interview, let's see what happens.
