Can anyone tell me is it a prerequiste to get your foreign degrees and diplomas evaluated before u can go for H1 filling.I spoke to Lawyer who says there are two diffrent charges one is $100 one and other will cost $400 which i think he said is a detailed one .Any suggestions which one is required.
