My dad got the HDFC receipts to apply for a visitor visa and the HDFC receipt number starts with A followed by a 10 digit number (overall 11 characters/digits in the receipt number) but when I try to setup an VFS appointment, it is allowing me to enter only 10 digits. Should I not enter the character A in the receipt number but enter only the 10 digits? Thanks.
