HELP!
Three weeks ago we were advised by USCIS that our I-485 petitions were denied. Once we contacted the lawyer he advised that the reason was the job notice posting at her employer was posed for 10 consecutive days and not 10 business days (her employer is a hospital and they are open 24/7). I understand that USCIS distributed a "MEMO" that provided guidelines on how the 10 days rule needed to be interpreted. I also understand that memo came after our applications were filed (does anyone have the memo; I would love to see the date).
Any suggestions from anyone at this stage would be appreciated. We are out 10K, 18 months and may lose everything.
